Who will I be working with?
You’ll be working directly with our founders, Lara and Andy. They will help realise your idea into a viable design, then liaise directly with their network of makers to make it happen.
Do you work with trade?
Yes, we love to work with architects and interior designers to assist with projects of all scales. Please email us for trade pricing
Can I customise designs?
Yes, most of our pieces are made to order to minimise waste and allow for custom options. This means your order is produced especially for you, with care and attention at every stage. Occasionally we have select pieces in stock so if you need something quickly, please get in touch at hello@p0lydesigns.com to see what's possible.
What materials do you use?
All pieces are handmade in our Melbourne studio. We work with an array of materials including timber, steel, laminate and tiles.
What are your production timelines?
All pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 8 weeks from time of order to delivery of your piece – all of our pieces are made by hand, which takes time as you’d understand.
Are the tables suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, we can customise all our pieces to make them weatherproof. Our furniture is designed to suit the harsh (and varied) Australian climate.
What can’t you do?
So far, we haven’t come across anything that makes us sweat. We’ll explore your idea as far as it can go and if it doesn’t work out, we’ll work with you to find a new solution.
Can you ship Internationally?
We are happy to organise shipping on your behalf with our trusted couriers both Australia wide and internationally. As our pieces vary greatly we ask you to get in touch via hello@p0lydesigns.com to get a shipping quote.
We also offer and encourage local pick-up from our studio for our Melbourne clients.
