THE COMMISSION PROCESS

STAGE ONE: CUSTOMER ENQUIRY

So you have an idea…maybe it’s inspired from something you’ve seen on our Instagram or maybe it came to you in dream. Either way, we want to hear about it.

Ideas we’ve brought to life so far:

A design forward dog-step for an arthritic hound, a 3m Long Kitchen Island with 9 hidden drawers, an outdoor dining table with specialty terrazzo slab.

STAGE TWO: 3D RENDERING

We take your idea and make it a (virtual) reality.

STAGE THREE: CHOOSE YOUR COLOURS

We have endless possibilities when it comes to colour options. Working with Australian Steel, Timber and Laminex and of course the much celebrated tile.

If it’s tiles you are after we have suppliers in Japan, Italy, Portugal and Spain who offer a plethora of colours, dimensions, finishes and textures. We offer grout in 50 design colours, green build certified from our supplier in Italy.

STAGE FOUR: THE QUOTE

Once we have our head around your idea, the size and functionality we can finalise the quote and shipping price. Don’t worry we are flexible with payment plans.

STAGE FIVE: PRODUCTION STAGE 6 - 8 WEEKS

We usually need 6 weeks to bring your custom orders to life. We will keep you updated as we go.
